Liked: The big pool with fish is amazing, as always. Our room was spacious for a hotel room. Comfy bed. The buffet breakfast, while the restaurant was super busy, was delicious with a lot of variety and the staff were amazing.
Disliked: The pool bar food menu needs to be updated. The day we were there it was lightly sprinkling and we were not allowed to put the umbrellas up. Maybe time to renovate the outdoor areas and add umbrellas that can handle light rain and wind so guests paying a lot to stay can still enjoy the outdoor spaces. It rains so often on the GC.

Disliked: The rooms where not comfortable. The TV was very hard to see from the lounge and ti was very very uncomfortable. So much so I left early. I often go to the Gold Coast &like to spend time in my room. It is very important to have a comfortable room.

Liked: The most beautiful property, with wonderful amenities. Everything was so clean and felt so luxury, and the staff were all so lovely. Despite the luxury feel it was still very family friendly! The pools and restaurants were amazing.
