Exceptional service, real luxury

Liked: From the minute you step out of your car the staff are there to assist you, we found every member of staff we dealt with had exceptional customer service, they went above and beyond. And assisted with local knowledge, beds were very comfortable, rooms were modern and clean, the food we had was very delicious, and buffet breakfast is exceptional. More than enough pools to get away from the crowds if you're not into making new friends. We look forward to returning soon.

We needed a relaxing holiday...

Liked: The lagoon was phenomenal, service was fantastic, and the Tepinyaki was to die for, best dinner we have ever had.
Disliked: We had to leave.

Liked: Kids loved the buffet Coffee Barista should be included though not charged extra
Disliked: Paying for coffee ontop of my buffet breaky
