Terrible value. Great staff.

Liked: 1. The city view and mountain view were one of the best views I have ever seen at a hotel. Amazing.2. I enjoyed the Breakfast very much and the hostess was very accommodating and friendly.
Disliked: 1. the price was almost twice as expensive as the Marriott Coutryard adjacent to this hotel, for an exact duplicate. 2. There was only lounge chair in the room. This made relaxing in the room impossible unless you were on the bed. This was a very disappointing experience for a room so expensive. 3. There were no cups or glasses in the room to drink water or use to rinse after I brush my teeth. :(

Disliked: Shady and unprofessional staff. Hidden fees at every step; the staff tried to double-charge me multiple times.

Disliked: Had to ask for blankets for the beds, only sheets in the room.But, friendly staff at front desk were very accomodating
