Liked: The location was perfect for a wedding we were attending in the area. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The lobby Cafe was convenient abd the food was good.
Disliked: Parking garage had an interesting layout. Compact car oriented.

Liked: It was close to all the museums, staff worked with the limited options they had, the staff were all great as well.
Disliked: Pool was under maintenance/broken, TV’s did not work, The Computer systems at The Greatroom did not work so most supplies for food were depleted. Internet was also an added expense for what the place costs.

Good

Liked: The location of the hotel was awesome. Shopping, restaurants, and sites were very accessible. Hotel was well designed an the rooms where clean a spacious. I will definitely be back. They may have to fix a few issues 1st.
Disliked: We were not able to order room service the entire time we stayed there, because the room service system was down. I believe it was the had a full hotel and they cound'nt keep up with the demand.
