The staff were excellent. Had to switch my reservation and it was no problem. Clean rooms and a good view. Highly recommend.

Liked: Large room size, pretty efficient getting checked in. Liked the location.
Disliked: There was not a blow dryer in the room and I called to front desk to get one, no one answered after several attempts. I walked down to the front desk, waited in line (seemed like there wasn't enough staff) and they said they would have someone drop it off at the room. I never got a blow dryer, it wasn't left at the room. Seemed like inefficient amount of staff at front desk.

Dirty bathroom, bad service

Disliked: The bathroom was dirty, lots of pubic hair, the fridge was frozen and had food from the previous guest. When I complained with the hotel staff they didn’t seem to take. I check out a day earlier.

Beautiful location, could have been...

Liked: Awesome location and beautiful hotel. The hotel is central to downtown Syracuse, so everything is within a 15 minute walk which was very convenient. The staff was extremely friendly!
Disliked: There was no do not disturb sign so housekeeping knocked every hour on the hour starting at 8:30am. The room could have been cleaner. The toilet also wasn't functioning when we first arrived, but my husband was able to fix it.
