Liked: So so. An OK hotel for singles or family with no babies, I think. Personally I did not quite enjoy the stay, but the decorations of the hotel is very nice, though.
Disliked: There is no breakfast, that is fine, but when you have a baby and you asked for "milk" and the front desk at first offered NONE ... that was a little upsetting. There is no microwave in the room. The door of the closet that has the refrigerator inside was broken, old-fashioned. Compare to the new hotels I have been staying during this trip, this one is just way too old. Also, they put us so far away from the elevator while we have a baby. And the parking garage is just too far away, inconvenient when you have a few suitcases. So afraid good parking spots got taken, extra stress. One more thing, we requested "morning call" and we heard the front desk SIGHED while we were about to hang up ... sad. ><

nice place, but needs new...
Liked: The location is perfect. The facility overall is very nice.
Disliked: no ice machines. You have to call the front office for ice, which would be nice if they answered the phone. Very few TV stations, no movies to rent. They didn't even have TBS so we had to find a place to watch the Astros in the ALDS. Toilet seat was completely broken when we arrived. A total let down.

Disliked: Hot tub was outside and pool. It should be enclosed so we can enjoy it on rainy days.
