Liked: It is located near the centre, but quiet. Close to the beach, with sunbeds free to use. Nice breakfast.

Liked: The first room had the noisy and ugly air conditioning right outside our balcony. The Lolo restaurant is rather badly positioned in a dark hole with no view and mediocre service Only one lift working for that length of time was highly inconvenient

Tennessee to Miami Beach

Liked: The absolute best location in Miami Beach. South of 5th neighborhood is wonderful. Especially if you have a puppy, Stoneman Douglas Park is right outside the hotel which is super convenient for walking puppies. Or kids. Great facilities at the hotel and the park for kids as well. Overall a wonderful stay in a beautifully kept hotel in the best location in Miami Beach. Been going for years and will continue to.
Disliked: Only one running elevator for the entire hotel as the other one was being worked on our entire one week stay. But I'm sure that will be a temporary issue.

Bad

Liked: Nothing, we checked in and out on the same day. Clean room, elevator not working, found a bug in the room. Was not what we were expecting at all, and would not recommend to stay here again. I am demanding a refund as we did not stay here at all.
