Disliked: The service was just terrible: I swear to god it is the basest service I ever had in my life, please everyone wants a vacation time do not stay there

My stay

Liked: Nice view , nice room and staff was accommodating.
Disliked: The property was nice but booking.com charged me for a balcony room and when I got to the hotel , I wasn’t booked for what I paid for.I called booking and they were supposed to email the hotel and they said they never received an email from them .This experience was the worst.The hotel itself is a 5 out of 5 but booking.com was not.

Liked: Location is perfect. Staff is amicable and prompt to assist.
Disliked: It only has one elevator in service. Last time we went to the hotel it was broken as well, that makes very difficult to reach the rooms. My brother has an ankle lesion and couldn’t stand for the long time the elevator takes to arrive since there are so many clients waiting for the only one that is available.The table on the room we reserved was broken, we reported it but it was never replaced.One of the pools was closed for service during our complete stay.

we will come back

Liked: We loved our stay. Very friendly stuff , good restaurants . Very clean rooms. Comfy beds.
Disliked: Two things that ware really annoying was that one of the two elevators was down and you have to wait quite long to get to your floor up or down to the lobby , And another reason was that one of the pools was closed. Even though the size of the pool is just not enough to serve the hotel.
