Very clean motel; staff was very friendly.
Liked: Very clean.
Disliked: Price on the breakfast buffet.

Liked: The staff was nice. The room was clean which I loved!! I would stay here again!
Disliked: Because of the circumstances I understand but I didn't like having to walk so far from the parking lot with kids. There were no other doors open so we had a little ways to walk to get to the entrance.

Disliked: The heat went out in my unit but after a quick call the unit was back in service and I didn?t have to move to a different room. Great service!

Liked: I love how clean the hotel was also how nice everyone was. I am big on bathrooms and every restroom I went into was super clean. Overall the stay wasn't bad.
Disliked: So Saturday I didn't buy a parking pass i just parked in the garage then ended up [paying cash for a couple of hours). When I went to pay the young lady working told me about how I could pay $30.00 for a parking pass. So I drove to front of the hotel and went inside and asked for a parking pass well the room was on my mothers card so i told the guy I wasn't going to put the parking pass on her card without her permission. So I gave the gentlemen 40.00 (2. 20's) So he gave me $10.00 back. Well Sunday morning I go to check out with my friend and the guy tells me the total was going to be roughly 260ish I asked why it would be that much well he then told me that I had parking pass on my room. Which I already paid for the parking the night before. Well a manager gets involved at this point. She asks me what i was wearing last night and what time and which Pod i was at when I paid for the parking pass. So she could check the camera to make sure I was telling the truth. So she gives me a number to call if I have any questions so I did end up having a question so I call the number she gave me and it ended up being disconnected.... So I drive BACK to the hotel (pretty upset) to show her my paper work showing I paid for the parking pass. She takes it from me and writes somethings down off of the paper and tells me I'll hear from her after awhile. It took them from 11am until almost 6 PM to finally get back to me to inform I was right the whole time. In my experience the customer is always right. but this time i felt like they were thinking I was lying about the whole situation. I was offered NOTHING in return besides giving me MY extra $30.00 back...
