Front desk staff nice, but...

Very disappointing and ridiculously overpriced...

Liked: The room and beds were clean, at least.
Disliked: There was no toilet paper in the room and room service did not respond when we tried to call them with the phone in our room. We had to resort to using the tissue paper in the bathroom. We also ran out of body wash after only one of us took a shower so they clearly did not check to refill it. Paid wifi is also rediculous for the price of the room.

our stay was okay. i’ve...

Liked: the front desk staff was great and always helped with any questions we had. the location was close to most things and near busch stadium which we were there for a concert.
Disliked: The valet parking guys were rude and asked if we could go park our car and carry our luggage in from the parking garage across the street since we didn’t want Valet and we’re waiting for a luggage cart to load our stuff on. They said they needed more room to pull cars in to Valet park even though there were others waiting for luggage carts too. we also asked if we could get another blanket in our room the first night as there was only a sheet on the bed and they brought us a duvet cover insert that had what looked like make up on it.
