Liked: Location, facilities, everything great with the hotel and service.
Disliked: No store for snacks, milk, water. There's really no beach at the hotel so a little deceiving from the pictures online.

Disliked: The ac went out at midnight in our building and didn't come back on until 4am. Would've been a perfect stay, if that didn't happen.

Disliked: Rooms are poorly cleaned, photos do not correspond to reality, the pier is broken, the staff is not friendly, the hotel is half empty and yet paid parking, the room does not even have a microwave, the beach is also not there, it is flooded. Spa is in general just a big shower, no oils no scrub, the room is not scented. All towels in the complex smell of old linen, the hotel has a terrible smell of old buildings. The vacation was ruined
