We absolutely enjoyed the room, the show, and the food. We will stay there every event we go to in Salt Lake City.

Liked: It was roomy, clean, and within walking distance of food and a half a mile from our concert venue.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: The breakfast was excellent, the staff for checking in and out was outstanding! The location meet our needs.
Disliked: We had to call to service our safe, we waited until the service engineer showed up and he said it was the battery. He said it would be another 20 minutes, we made arrangements to take care of it while we went to dinner. Returned from our dinner ( 50 minutes) and still wasn't fixed made another phone call. Waited another 20 minutes for him to return and fix it. Went to use the bathroom and someone had used it prior to us getting in the room and didn't flush the toilet!

Disliked: Ice machine broken. Over priced mediocre breakfast. Lack of access to food, snacks or drinks after 11pm in a major city. Never got waited on at breakfast.
