Much needed relaxation and quality...

Liked: The hotel staff was at first not receptive. However, when I asked her was she ok, she said yes. Her attitude needs improvement. My room had a draft under the door. Ultimately, the hotel staff upon checkout was very nice, and her courteousness contributed to my satisfaction upon starting my day.

Bad costumer service / good...

Disliked: The worst staff/costumer service they double charged me and won't answer my calls or reply for a week now not even Booking was able to get ahold of them and my money is still not refunded nor started the process of!

Disliked: The staff, Maria and her front desk team, they have been so unsupportive actually
