Amazing luxury summer getaway for...

Liked: The property is something special. The architecture and desert surroundings are unique and striking. My kids were overjoyed by the pool, hot tubs, and slide. I loved my little shady spot with a view of the pool. The staff I encountered were helpful, friendly and professional. I was so happy I went during the summer special so I could enjoy this unique experience.
Disliked: It took a bit to walk from our car to our room due to the unique architecture, but that was a small price to pay. It would be helpful to have info available on how to operate the coffee machine (the coffee pod has its own tray you insert), tv (you have to hold down the power button for a looong time), and the wifi (I didn't even bother), but those are miniscule issues given the luxury and great service.

Great rooms, pool but do...

Liked: I like the renovated rooms, the pool time is always a good time.
Disliked: You can see that there has been a decline in the cleanliness, not necessarily in the rooms but the hall ways are gross, I saw the same roach when I stayed for 3 nights in June. The pool chairs need to be replaced, for what we are charged for resort fees.

Beautiful hotel, difficult to navigate...

Liked: Love the aesthetics of the hotel and the staff! Their staff really shines.
Disliked: It is very difficult to navigate around the hotel. You can’t stroll into the lobby press your room number and go directly to it. We were on the third floor, took the elevator to the third floor, had to walk across the bridge and then try to navigate our way to our room. Also, when you’re in the lobby, you can only go to two floors. After a couple of drinks, it really gets interesting.
