Disliked: The original reservation was for a room with two single beds. We arrived at the hotel and were given room 434. We checked in and found a king-size bed with a sofa. We went down to reception and complained that it wasn't the original reservation, and they told us the rooms with two single beds were sold out. They moved us to room 420 and gave us another room identical to the previous one: a king-size bed with a sofa. This wasn't what was agreed upon in the original reservation I paid for. I slept very poorly and suffered back pain. Those mattress springs hit my back for the three nights at the hotel. We called reception on the first day of our stay to confirm breakfast hours and were told they wouldn't serve it until 10:30. We went down to breakfast at 9:20 AM and were told service wouldn't last until 9:00 AM. We had to pay for breakfast at Starbucks due to misinformation from the hotel. They only changed the sheets in the room one day. We never had air conditioning in the shower. the bottle was empty.
