Liked: Room was clean & bed was comfortable
Disliked: I was given an inside facing room next to the pool area. The pool is open until 10pm and it seemed there were always kids in it. Their voices echo throughout the entire atrium of the hotel. If your room faces the pool, you will not have any peace and quiet until 10pm. What a horrible design & not having a window to the outside is claustrophic. I kept the drapes shut the entire time I was in the room otherwise it was like being in a fish bowl. The slider opens to the hallway & anyone could look in. I feel there is no warning on the site that you could be stuck in one of these rooms. I tried to change my room but was told the hotel was completely booked.I would have canceled but the cancel date was misleading (it originally said cancel up until the 30th but then the fine print says you haven to cancel by the 29th to get full refund). When I checked in, the person announced that my card was declined. How embarrassing. I used another card. I called the cc & they told me it was because the address on file did not match the reservation. I went back to the desk & told the girl & turned out there was no address in system (so my card was fine).

Liked: The hotel was beautiful and the staff was very accommodating and pleasant. The restaurant was good.
Disliked: The mattress was way too soft for my needs. The floor plan was a bit confusing. I would have liked to have had rooms closer together with my family. Upon arrival, I was assigned a room that was already occupied!! The computer showed that the previous guests had checked out. I was quickly assigned another room.

Liked: The location of the hotel was great so many things around the area and not to far .Definitely a pretty hotel and clean . I ordered room service just for wings and shrimp and they were fast .
Disliked: I didnt like that the pool was open connected to the lobby with ac basically blasting over you . I also didn't like that you had to pay for wifi thats pretty ridiculous.
