Room was nice but they...

Disliked: At checkout the staff refused to recognize my pre payment through Booking.com and made me pay for the room in full a 2nd time. It took 3 phone calls, a negative review on their site and multiple weeks until I got the 2nd payment refunded back to my card.

Excellent all around, I'd go...

Liked: Staff was excellent all around, clean room, had the lakeside view so that was beautiful/relaxing to look out. Ice machine was close. Quiet. Close to concert, so walked vs waiting for a ride.
Disliked: I'm used to being able to just grab a luggage cart myself, load myself, etc., but wasn't able. Don't get me wrong, they were excellent-I'm just used to doing it all myself. Room more expensive than Im used to, but it was close enough to concert, and had a beautiful view, so I splurged.

Disliked: Gym is not very clean Elevator is not very cleanInside of the room was fairly clean but daily cleanup is not upto the markCheck your towels before you use them it might have spots

Beautiful time in the city...

Liked: Beautiful property, close to a lot of attractions, very nice staff. Loved that the staff had instructions how to walk to soldier field.
