My stay was great!

Liked: The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly.
Disliked: That valet parking was full and I had to park at a different location but it was attached to the hotel by a sky bridge so that was very helpful.

Disappointing service

Liked: The hotel itself is a lovely space with great views.
Disliked: The staff member working the front desk was extremely rude. She did not process us according to the reservation which was for 2 beds. She argued with ne that I booked it as a king. I did not and showed her my booking confirmation. She made me pay before she would fix the reservation and then read her book tucked under her computer desk while waiting for someone else to fix it. Once a different room was assigned she tossed the cards at me and called foe the next guest in line. There was not explanation of how to get to the room, any amenities, or the normal pleasantries. We ordered room service in the evening. I got confirmation of the order but the food never arrived to our room. We went to bed hungry as nothing else was open.

Liked: The room had a spectacular view of the lake. It was beautiful.
Disliked: The were no negative aspects to our stay at your hotel. I found it one of the most stress free stays I've had at any facility in a long time.

Room was nice but they...

Disliked: At checkout the staff refused to recognize my pre payment through Booking.com and made me pay for the room in full a 2nd time. It took 3 phone calls, a negative review on their site and multiple weeks until I got the 2nd payment refunded back to my card.
