Wanted to relax but location...

Liked: Pool area was nice. Beds were comfortable and room was quiet.
Disliked: View out both windows onto the rocky roof was awful. Netflix wouldn’t load on the TV. Location was further out from downtown than anticipated with lots of traffic and construction.

Nice place to stay.

Liked: Unfortunately, the city has built up around the resort, but the grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The room was very comfortable and clean. The food was good, but over priced. The waitresses were attentive and very professional. But when the kitchen staff brought out the food they just handed us our plates rather than placing them in front of us. Other dining room staff would wander and pace if they didn’t have guests to attend to which was distracting. The spa experience was excellent but over priced.

Liked: Nice lots of amenities and some staff has been there over 30 years and took a lot of pride in the place which speaks to them taking care of their employees which is huge to me
Disliked: Bed mattress could be a little more comfy
