Bad

Disliked: Front desk sucks. Don’t know what she was doing. Had wrong card number that paid for rooms. Now getting charged a nights stay that I used for parking. Very bad!!!!

This is a nice hotel...

Liked: Comfortable room and bed. Nice big pool inside and outside for the kids!Lots of seating in the lobby for guests to gather.
Disliked: No breakfast available.

EXPENSIVE

Disliked: The price was plenty high but expected it because of events going on they always raise prices. Kids running halls during quiet time no security, 15$ a day for parking what’s up with that never seen security or gates down the entire time, paying for parking at hotel that is already taking advantage of events and raising prices is ridiculous.

It was good, I was...

Disliked: I called for house keeping to bring up coffee package for the in room coffee maker and creamer, to our room since we had to leave really early and it never came.
