I would stay there again, and plan to the next time I go to a concert in Jacksonville. I can't say enough about the location - out of the way enough to be away from most traffic but conveniently located to all major roads in and out of Jacksonville. Being a nurse, cleanliness is important to me, and the hotel definitely met my expectations.

Liked: Location was awesome! Our venue was about 15-20 minutes away, and we were 15-20 minutes away from the beach. As we explored the area, there were several areas for shopping and eating within a few miles of the hotel. For not knowing the area at all, it was an easy place to find and get around. The housekeeping staff were courteous, pleasant and always able to help if you had a need. The front desk staff were nice as well. The pools were nice and most importantly, clean. Actually, the whole hotel was clean.
Disliked: Strip protecting the corner of the wall fell off the wall while we were out.

Liked: The hotel and amenities were nice. The staff was nice and the breakfast crew were really nice.
Disliked: The room had a toilet that had a running leak all through the night. I was not able to get any rest after driving a long distance to the area. Also, I was not able to receive any compensation for this since I booked through booking.com.
