Marriott Jacksonville Downtown, Jacksonville

The hotel is in a great location, convenient to downtown. The Prime Osborn Convention Center is located across the street. Parking is located in front of the hotel. The only negative was we were charged twice; my advice would be pay at the hotel.

Liked: The hotel was very nice.
Disliked: We were charged for the room twice; paid online, then charged at the desk.

This hotel was convenient to the Symphony Hall. There are not many restaurants nearby. Juliette's restaurant is expensive for the service you receive.

Liked: The front desk staff were very helpful.
Disliked: We checked in and were assigned a room that smelled of pipe/cigar smoke. Called the front desk and got reassigned.

Great rooms; excellent staff and good room service.

Liked: Everything except the hotel restaurant.
Disliked: Julliettes.

The mattress on our bed was so uncomfortable that my wife could hardly walk the next day. We came for the Race for the Cure but could not participate because of her aches and pains.

Disliked: The host outside when I went get my car. To leave the facility after I checked out was very rude informed me to use the app to get my car. I told him I was checked out and to get my car. I was very irritated by him. It was too much. I am guest take my name and get my car. App or no app his name was Mr. Something an older bald headed black man.

Liked: Location close to the event we were attending. Front desk employees very professional.
Disliked: Food mediocre and over-priced. Restaurant hours?? seems like it closed early and extremely limited bar menu. Unable to locate ice machine. Poor communication regarding use of valet parking app.
