There was a slight glitch upon arrival but that was not the hotel's fault. The staff worked with me patiently and they were very nice. The room was absolutely AMAZING! I will certainly be booking again in the near future.

Liked: The location is in the Downtown with easy access to different restaurants and bars as well as local activities.Room entertainment options (TV) were　great.
Disliked: Overall hygience is horrible.Guests nails all over the floor.Homeless men getting coffee in the reception.Service extremely rude when having a request

Good

Liked: It was across the street from Tanger Perfoimg Arts Center and within walking distance of a park/walking trail. I felt safe walking alone in the area. The restaurant was great. I spoke to staff in every department of the hotel, and everyone was very professional and accommodating. The hotel was clean as well.
Disliked: The lack of a microwave. Not located near eateries (for my palate) late night.
