Overall, me and my family...
Liked: The staff were friendly and quick with check-in and valet assistance. I did notice that they were low on staffing. We used to have bell man that would help us bring our items to our rooms but that was not available during our stay this year. Overall, the room was tidy, clean and we were provided with all the supplies we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked, bathrooms and bedroom. We had a great stay!
Disliked: I made our reservation in the beginning of March and had paid for our room ahead of time. The night prior to our stay, I got an email notifying us that we will have to move rooms the day after our check-in. This was frustrating as we are traveling with a three year old and an 85 year old. Our reservations for the beach, car rental and restaurants were already made in advance. It was a complete inconvenience. It would have been hard to relax and settle in the night we check-in knowing we had to pack up again in the morning to move and not have a room for at least 4 hours. I was not made aware of this possibility nor was there a disclaimer when I booked the room. Our entire stay had to be moved, including paying an additional car rental fee, reservation fee and requesting additional time off from work. This was the only way we were able to truly enjoy our stay.
