Liked: Location.
Disliked: It took ages for the receptionist to find our booking. We presented all the booking confirmations, he found our booking on the booking website they have, but he kept asking for some additional booking reference we never heard before. Eventually he found the booking but all this process took too long and in the morning we had to go through this again after our breakfast as we were asked to pay for it. The booking was with breakfast included. Very disappointing and unexpected experience at Marriott hotel.
