Overall had an excellent time. Loved how the pool was on the top floor with an outside balcony. I've never been to a hotel with such amazing, friendly service. Awesome job! Was not too happy with the 9p.m. noise complaint as there were only 2 of us in the room and I did not think we were loud at all, nor did the staff that came to the door. But we did tune it down (to basically whispering, literally) and did not let them ruin our time :)

Liked: Service was beyond excellent!
Disliked: Found a floss stick in our room, but other than that, the room was clean.

We had a wonderful stay...

Liked: Loved the location, the wonderful staff and accessibility to the Eaton Center by way of Trinity Square. Staff were so friendly and accommodating and went out of their way to ensure you enjoyed everything.
Disliked: Although our room was supposed to overlook the city, it didn’t but we were able to see the “TORONTO” sign in the park on an angle. If I could’ve changed anything at all it would’ve been the tub. We much prefer being able to step in and out of a shower than a tub. Outside of that, no complaints.

Superb

Liked: It's old building, but still clean. The furniture is a bit outdated and the arrangement made it difficult to open butterfly suitcases. Location is nice, about 1,5 km from the train station and bus station. And about 2 km from the luxury shopping area.
Disliked: The price is expensive compare to the property quality.

Great hotel with friendly professional...

Liked: Customer service, has to be some of the best on our extensive travels. Large spacious rooms with comfortable beds
Disliked: Overpriced breakfast which was a bit of a free for all. Next time I’ll take breakfast out, plenty of choice nearby

Lower some costs and everything...

Liked: The rooms are always nice, the location for shopping is ideal, parking is convenient.
Disliked: The cost for parking is quite high for your guests. The eggs in the breakfast buffet are a touch runny, need to be cooked a little longer. Along w/ the bacon, too soft, need to burn that fat more. The cost for that breakfast buffet is high, too.

Great place to stay with...

Liked: Clean. Room was cleaned everyday and new towels. This was excellent. We reported a noise complaint at 2:30 and it was promptly dealt with :)))
Disliked: The pool was cold. Not all guest can access the breakfast… I don’t travel much but just thought that was odd.
