Overall had an excellent time. Loved how the pool was on the top floor with an outside balcony. I've never been to a hotel with such amazing, friendly service. Awesome job! Was not too happy with the 9p.m. noise complaint as there were only 2 of us in the room and I did not think we were loud at all, nor did the staff that came to the door. But we did tune it down (to basically whispering, literally) and did not let them ruin our time :)

Disliked: Found a floss stick in our room, but other than that, the room was clean.

Overall the hotel was great....

Liked: Staff was friendly, The property was very clean. I liked the daily cleanup service in the room, the gym was nice and I liked that it was stocked with water bottles.
Disliked: Wi-Fi was really bad. Kept getting kicked off. Didn’t know my rewards number (it’s saved on other devices) so I wouldn’t sign on the Wi-Fi from my laptop. Only my phone.
