Overall had an excellent time. Loved how the pool was on the top floor with an outside balcony. I've never been to a hotel with such amazing, friendly service. Awesome job! Was not too happy with the 9p.m. noise complaint as there were only 2 of us in the room and I did not think we were loud at all, nor did the staff that came to the door. But we did tune it down (to basically whispering, literally) and did not let them ruin our time :)

Disliked: Found a floss stick in our room, but other than that, the room was clean.

Disliked: I didn't like the payment manner, because, we just could pay by credit card and it made us in trouble, until a gentleman helped us out.another thing that we didn't like was the separated payment for breakfast for children above 12 year/old that wondered us and we had to pay 75 dollar per night for them! we had booked breakfast included room for 4 people but it wasn't free for our children!
