Hotel staff and general areas were on point. My room should have been cleaned better.

Liked: Location. Staff was very professional.
Disliked: Room should have been cleaner. Bathroom definitely was not clean.

Disliked: Walls are thin so we could hear the party next door, but managment took care of it promptly.

Great location but should be...

Liked: This property is in a fantastic location if you are going to an event at the Toyota Music Center. The parking was free, which I appreciated very much. The room was clean and comfortable. Lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Be advised that the restaurants that are open after 11 at the TMC turn into bars after that time with closed kitchens.
Disliked: There were a few missing lightbulbs in our room and the bathroom lighting was terrible so it felt like we were in the dark most of the time. The elevators were also not working when we returned from the concert, but they made it seem like there was an electrical issue. They were working fine once the crowd thinned out so it felt intentional, which was frustrating given that we were on the 6th floor and paid $300 for the room. I feel that despite the great location, the price was too high.

Disliked: all good except that they gave us the wrong room and I paid for a king with a view of the lake and got 2 doubles - that was quite disappointing.

Liked: It was very close to the venue we were going to, Toyota Music Factory. Like a 3 or 4 minute walk.
Disliked: Not only did we have to wait to get room keys because the machine had to be reset but the elevators were not working at that time either.
