Liked: Beds are so comfortable.
Disliked: Walls are thin so we could hear the party next door, but managment took care of it promptly.

Liked: It was closed to the place I needed to be.
Disliked: I booked a room for my son who is a student and drove from Houston to Dallas to attend a seminar from school . I liked this hotel because it said it had free WiFi and breakfast was also included. None of this two happened. He was told he had to pay $12 to have access to WiFi and free breakfast was not available. As a student , having access to WiFi is a must and the having the conviniese to a free breakfast the following morning was necessary as well. Specially if it is advertised at the time of booking the room. I would like for a manager ot supervisor to give me a call ASAP.Best regards ,Liliana Jaramillo-Gomez832-955-4919.

Decent started off Wonderful but...
Liked: The location and the beautiful art decor and the property was clean. Not noisy and the venues were enjoyable.
Disliked: The comfort level . (12th floor)I was celebrating my 18th Wedding Anniversary and upon returning to our room . The odor of Marijuana was filled with smell through out the hallways. And it made very uncomfortable to sleep or be Romantic with my spouse. I called front desk . And the high level service I would expect from a Marriott or Professionalism was not provided. I understand their is a ecominic downfall for most business's . But when a guest relays this type of information to your staff. And no urgency in clearing up the matter was taken . Besides a statement of We don't have any staff to send up to see where the stinch is coming from. Was very disappointing! And to me that is not the quality of service expected . I almost called the police that's how uncomfortable we were. .

Liked: Place had a great view. When I tried to get the WiFi it said I had to pay for WiFi which I thought it was included. But the lady at the front fest said not to worry and she will take care of that. She was also sweet enough to make me a coffee before I left. Great customer service from the moment I walked in till I left. Will return at this place.
Disliked: This was very clean but the The only negative about this place I didn?t like was the sheets and pillows didn?t smell clean. I?m not sure if it?s the detergents they use? But just had my OCD took over of the sheets maybe not clean that?s why it smelled like that?

Liked: Location and lake view
Disliked: My room was given away to someone who wanted to upgrade prior to my arrival. It was later corrected but I did not appreciate the initial downgrade and no offer to refund some money or any offers. The internet service is terrible and the Netflix is practically unusable. Pool was closed. No bar or room service
