Everyone was kind and helpful. The room was comfortable. Easy access to the venue.

Hotel staff and general areas were on point. My room should have been cleaned better.
Liked: Location. Staff was very professional.
Disliked: Room should have been cleaner. Bathroom definitely was not clean.

Liked: Beds are so comfortable.
Disliked: Walls are thin so we could hear the party next door, but managment took care of it promptly.

This was a great location...
Liked: Excellent view, the room was clean, and the amenities were great. Restaurant staff was very nice and personable.
Disliked: Couple of the front desk personnel could take a little more initiative.

Me and my husband came...
Liked: The lake view, the balcony, the staff was welcoming. Great location and the cleanliness of the rooms.
Disliked: It was 3 elevators with only one working.

Needs to do better
Disliked: No parking, I arrived at 630pm room wasn’t ready had to switch,elevators didn’t work(got stuck), food order was wrong

It's ok.
Liked: Location is great to convention center.
Disliked: I was 2 nights there. The sink wasn't draining correctly. I wrote a note to cleaner but there wasn't a solution. The conditioner was almost empty when I arrived and wasn't refilled in 3 days I was there. Looks like Cleaner doesn't check. It should be clear in the ticket if breakfast is included or not clearly. I paid mine and I never knew if it was included in my booking. The car spaces for parking are too thin. I have never seen this in a parking before and I travel a lot. In general, for being a high rated hotel. I feel as average for the payment. Nothing outstanding.
