Man! I'd like to go...

Liked: This hotel was amazing! The layout of the hotel and art work were very pretty/well thought out. The conference spaces were nice as well. Our room was my favorite part, the bed were comfy, the tv channels and apps were cool, the bathroom was nice and had what we needed. The staff was also really friendly and we were able to check in very early which was a nice surprise. The location was great as well, the hotel is less than 30 minutes from downtown Dallas and right across the street is a nice shopping area with some good restaurant choices as well.

this is the second time...

Liked: the hotel is nice looking and mostly clean.
Disliked: Staff was less than friendly. the guy working the font desk sure set the tone for the stay very unfriendly and seemed like he would rather get back to playing with his phone. Also elevator to the garage is. broken.

Disliked: book a room through site. then on arrival the room was 60 dollars more. they also couldn’t find the reservation after sending me multiple emails.
