Cleanliness and location of the...
Liked: The location is good. The restaurant is an awesome add on with the Starbucks very convenient. The staff at the restaurant very friendly.
Disliked: The fact that you have to pay for parking in addition to paying for your room is totally unacceptable specially when I was not notified until I went to check in for my stay. The staff lady at the counter when I went to do my check in was not friendly didn’t specify where I had to go for my room. She never said you have to take the elevator to the 8th floor. She also never offered us any water I had to ask for it seeing that she was giving it to other people that were also checking in and asking for it. The next morning around 9:50 am the lady that cleans the room was knocking on the door. When I opened the door she said we needed to check out and I kindly told her that yes at 11am was my check out. I’m very disappointed and unhappy.

Liked: Bed was comfortable
Disliked: Parking at location is an absolute nightmare. At checking location cars piled in so decided to just park car in lot and then check in. Well unfortunately you can’t do that without a room key/card. Now I ended with pile up of cars behind me yelling and no where to move to with out a key. Finally get into lot; park bring in luggage check in and I am charged additional $20.00 for parking- outrageous with a $300.00 rm for one night. Then had banging doors and loud voices all night long. Extremely dissatisfied!

Decent if you have a...
Liked: Room was nice, and staff were professional, decent cardio equipment.
Disliked: WiFi policy was not clear. You need to pay for reasonable speed WiFi. Also you tube on the TV didn’t work. Gym was a bit lacking and lastly too far away if you don’t have a car.

First time in Boston
Liked: Friendly staff in dining room and at reception. Great buffet breakfast. Nice pool and patio area.
Disliked: Courtesy shuttle driver did not come to collect us at mall, after he had assured us that he would.We were stranded.It was only bad point in a great stay at this hotel.
