Liked: I was here for a funeral- used to live in bethesda, md. I loved location and the room was very comfortable. it was quiet on my floor which I appreciated since I was coming and going to support my bereaved friends.
Disliked: ordered some 'to go' food at the bar that took quite a long time. would have been nicer if they just said , its going to take a while (over 25/30 mins) for your appetizers, why dont we bring them up to your room?

Liked: I love this hotel the staff location supermarket all wonderful
Disliked: for the second time I was overcharged at check in even though I had a paid reservation and I had to make several calls to the hotel submitted a claim with my bank it was reversed and I called back the hotel who finally fixed it
