Disliked: bathroom was dirty and the room carpet too. the room was small we didnt have enough space, also for the price that we paid there is not wifi in the room, so expensive for what the hotel has to offer.

Disliked: A couple of the front desk receptionists were rude and not as helpful as the others. I asked them not to knock when brining room service they do it anyways until you come to the door , instead of setting the food outside the door for me to get like they said they would. The bed was extremely hard and the feathers were poking through the duvet. At the end when I asked for my charges to be explained the front desk associate only told me that they were going to be charging me twice and “one would fall off “
