Great location. Interesting set up...

Liked: Walking distance to most of the big things to do
Disliked: I appreciate that this is a renovated property and the rooms are gonna be a little bit affected so to speak. But we shouldn’t have to get on our hands and knees and crawl around on the floor to try to plug in the typical things that people will bring with them on a trip. Outlets need to be a little bit more convenient or at least have some power strips that are close to the bed. Everything seemed a bit DIY, which is not what I would expect for the amount of money we were paying.

Disliked: Honestly I can’t find anything I didn’t like. This was my fourth stay in 20 years. The new owners have done an excellent job updating the interior furnishings.

Liked: Room size. Location. Continental breakfast. Decor. Staff was fantastic.
Disliked: Construction on building during our stay. Noise from property maintenance and city maintenance crews, since we had a room facing the street, and the windows are old, single-paned windows. Bathroom needs to be updated.

Liked: The property was in a great location. Complimentary breakfast and happy hour provided in the parlor daily was a nice touch. The mansion was decorated beautifully and had the most stunning porch and a private deck attached to our room
