Liked: Location, hotel’staff very nice and helpful
Disliked: We asked for a small cake to celebrate a birthday and it was full of mold on the bottom and they only said “sorry”

Area for Improvement.

Liked: Our stay at the hotel was truly exceptional in many ways. The staff was outstanding from the beginning — always attentive, welcoming, and full of warmth. The spa is spectacular, and every detail was beautifully curated.
Disliked: However, we did have a disappointing experience that left a mark. My 6-year-old daughter was not allowed to enter the pool because there were adults drinking there — and this was around 6 PM. It was sad to see her feel excluded, and later we learned that other children experienced the same.If the spa already offers an exclusive adults-only area, it may be worth reconsidering the pool policy to ensure families and children can also enjoy the facilities. True hospitality should never leave little ones out.
