Great hotel that can improve

Liked: Great place, iconic, unbeatable location. Nice staff. Great hotel room upgrade with awesome views. Beautiful breakfast room and great food in the in house restaurants. Great in room facilities and service.
Disliked: Noisy events on the street starting too early not their fault but apparently they haven’t even complained which they could to defend their sleeping customers. Too bass music in the breakfast room. We had a leak that they blamed to condensation and claimed to have fixed but kept going next day. I don’t think it was condensation because came out in the morning when the bathroom in the room upstairs was used. A bit dated hotel

Great location, beautiful hotel design,...

Liked: Great and safe location, walking friendly to Polanco, Zona Rosa, Insurgentes Centro, and even downtown Zocalo. If you decide not to walk, subway and bus station are nearby. Staff is truly friendly and helpful. Love Mexico because is still one of the few countries where you still can find 24 hr front desk service, thank you!!
Disliked: Although hotel's design is truly beautiful and there's a gym, a SPA and a pool, we got there on a rainy day, pool is on the 2nd floor nearby the gym, if you go there at night grab your cellphone's lamp as first there's no sign and second there's no light (literally is completely dark after you pass the gym area) plus there's a leak from the roof ( I guess originated because of the rain) so a "pond" creates just nearby the steps which can be a hazardous (no light+steps+water on the floor)if you do not have good sight.

Liked: I got a free upgrade to a Junior suite, it has a super big space!
Disliked: 1. The Mexican-style restaurant on the ground floor closed too early (7 p.m.).2. Shower door won't close, cold air is coming in when showering3. Bathroom is too small4. Having issues when requesting invoices

Liked: Breakfast was great! Staff very kind and nice.
Disliked: We ask for a dessert (small cake) to sing the happy birthday song but it had mold on the bottom
