Great location but not worth...

Liked: Great location but this is where it ended for me. Overpriced, staff were rude and aircon did not work.
Disliked: Families did not meet price paid for hotel, no working aircon and staff that weren’t helpful.

Disliked: I stayed at this hotel in Granada and was very disappointed with the experience. The building is clearly quite old and may have been renovated at some point, but many elements still feel very worn out. The carpet, power sockets, and furniture are all outdated and not well maintained.In my room, the power outlets on both sides of the bed were faulty — one didn’t work at all, and the other could barely hold a connection. The air conditioning was completely non-functional, which made the stay extremely uncomfortable, as Granada has large temperature differences between day and night — very hot during the day, and quite cold at night.The shower water was also only lukewarm, and the bathroom had an unpleasant smell. Worst of all, the entire room was covered in dust. The back of the hairdryer was nearly clogged with thick dust, the cable was dusty, and I could see visible dust on the light bulbs, curtains, and around the room. If you have any kind of respiratory issues, I would strongly advise against staying here.
