Liked: Staff was friendly and professional! The bar had good food and drinks, also with a friendly staff.
Disliked: When we checked in at 3:30 and went up to our room there was a maid still cleaning our room. We needed to use the bathroom and we couldn't. When you opened the curtain the windows were covered with white scum and you couldn't even see through. They were disgusting..

Liked: There was no continental breakfast (normally just coffee, juice, bagels or pastries) available. They were having issues with air conditioning and hot water, days prior to arrival and the staff did not inform us at the time of our arrival. If we would have known, we would have cancelled our reservation but we were charged for one night.
Disliked: The staff could have advised us that the air conditioning and hot water have not been working for days at the time of our arrival and given us the chance to cancel our reservation, instead of incurring a one night stay. We checked in around 6pm. That evening we advised the staff air conditioning did not seem to work, came to the room, alleged to have fixed it, knowing it has not been working. No coffee, juice, bagels or pastries for breakfast. A complete misrepresentation of the hotel.

Disliked: There was no hot water from the day we arrived to the day we checked out. The first day when I complained the man at the desk checked the boiler and was able to get hot water, the next day the man at the desk was rude and aggressive when I told him we had no hot water again, no I’m sorry, no apologies for the inconvenience. He raised his voice and made me feel threatened and unsafe to say there. They should’ve told us at check in there was no hot water and I would’ve gone somewhere else.

Liked: Nothing. It was dirty the staff didn’t even want to help you and were always playing on their phone It would take you having to speak up to them for them to even acknowledge you. The rooms were not very clean and in the 3 days we were there they never cleaned the room or gave us fresh towels. The light in the bathroom didn’t work nor did the blowdryer. We had to plug in all the light fixtures our self and every time we used our keycard the next time it wouldn’t work and we would have to go down to the desk and get it reset. It was a hassle. Would never stay there again!!!!

Liked: Beds were comfy. Shower was good!
Disliked: First front door does not open automatically like the second front door does. Difficult to maneuver when you have a lot of luggage.

Disliked: No air conditioning in rooms. People had their doors open. Lobby had plenty of air. No coffee in morning, had makers in room but only had decaf packets per desk clerk. Clerk not friendly at all.
