Liked: Staff was friendly and professional! The bar had good food and drinks, also with a friendly staff.
Disliked: When we checked in at 3:30 and went up to our room there was a maid still cleaning our room. We needed to use the bathroom and we couldn't. When you opened the curtain the windows were covered with white scum and you couldn't even see through. They were disgusting..

Disliked: Long check in line. Took foreverRoom did not have air conditioning. It was 85 degrees in the room. I have a heart condition and was told too bad. All the other rooms were assigned to guests who haven’t arrived yet and we could not get a room with A/C. Thankfully I was able to stay at a friends house. If I had no choice, I would have ended up with a cardiac event. SHAME ON YOU.

Liked: Danbury sucks....so does this hotel

Nothing special, but definitely sufficient.

Liked: It was definitely adequate for a simple sleep over.
Disliked: Not all the lights in the room worked.

Disliked: After a long driving day and our reservation was confirmed by the property, upon arrival we were told that they are not taking booking.com reservations. Front desk clerk was absolutely rude and had 0 empathy. I would not recommend even consider staying at this property.

Disliked: Water jets didn’t work in the tub. Barely had hot water. Advertised breakfast but there absolutely NO breakfast not even coffee.

Disliked: Some of the staff were lazy and didn’t want to do there job I asked for extra pillows he said he did t know if they had extra pillows and than there was no sheets for the pullout couch and I told him an still never has us any we had ro sleep on blankets

Liked: Great location, clean and even the pull out sofa bed was comfortable...
Disliked: The day staff (a single individual) was very lazy, and didn't want to be disturbed... One morning I asked for extra blankets and it was like pulling teeth to get them... Finally got them and the individual went back to sitting on two chairs behind the counter mimicking a bed with shoes off and went straight for his priorities... His cell phone... From the hotel entrance it looks like there's no one at the counter... I call that poor management of the hotel...

Disliked: There was no service up to the room if you need extra toilet paper because the maid didn’t leave a roll need to go down and get it yourself.

Got a great rate sbd...

Disliked: No air on most rooms had to change rooms 3 times there updating hotel so have to expect this.
