Excellent location.Good for families

Liked: good location. near lambeth station very accessible. hotel is clean and staff are friendly.

Good location

Liked: The property was very central, so good to go to many places by foot. Busses and underground very close too. For a family it was very useful to have a small kitchen to prepare coffee and toast.
Disliked: What was very strange, that we were madr to wait for a check in, as the computers would start at a certain time. When 5 of staff were standing and chatting. The wait was not long. But it was strange that at least 5 families were waiting for the screens to start checking us in. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable. The matress was very thin and we had backaches for the rest of the trip. The cleaning is every second day. So in 4 nights we had 1 clean. Which was not done well. Some things were cleaned while other were not touched. A minimum inconvenience as it was our mess, but still very strange.

Excellent value for money.

Liked: Excellent location. Very friendly staff. Just only few minutes walking distance to Big Ben, London Eye. Two Tube/Metro lines very close by. We are a family of 4 (2 Adults 2 Teenies) and the room bathroom and kitchen were spacious and clean. Double bed was big and good and sofa bed was ok too. Room to keep our luggage while we were too early for checkin on the first day and also on the last day and had already checked out (flight was earlier). Small gym but good enough for a few days. Overall excellent value for money.
Disliked: All was fine and exceeded our expectations. A coat-rack on the wall to hang the jackets was the only thing missing. We just put the jackets on the chair and because everything else was fine we actually forgot the missing coat-rack.

Liked: The room and location were good
Disliked: We originally accidentally booked the wrong date, and notified the property within less than 2 minutes of making the error requesting to cancel and refund the order as a mistake had been made. Unfortunately the property rejected this request...which contractually they were entitled to, but from a goodwill perspective felt poor given the notification of a genuine error having been made was immediate.They allowed us to move our booking at a higher price (which we just had to swallow) to the correct dates, but the price pushed us out of our budget and meant we had to do less activites with our kids when in London (the whole reason for the break in the first place).
