It was ok, sofa bed...

Liked: Location was great, I believe it wasn’t worth of the money as such.
Disliked: Breakfast need to have some more variety, everyday you will find the same and you won’t like it

Liked: 1. Close to attractions 2. Grocery and supermarkets few steps aways.3. Very calm nyc neighbourhood 4. Build in kitchen in hotel was excellent specially when we travel with kids 5. By night only hotel guest can access the hotel with card not any walk -ins . That was great for safety.
Disliked: 1. Housekeeping, cleaning was not great.2. Floor mopping was almost never done3. Blankets and bedsheets were not that clean.4. Housekeeping doesn't clean rooms everyday only on alternative days.

Liked: location was close to Westminster and big ben, and easy access to subway stations.Quite a few convenient stores nearby and lots of small souvenir shops. Rooms were nice and cozy with lots of space compared to other hotels in Europe. Shower was nice and spacious with good amenities. We had a blowdryer and a water boiler. Lobby was spacious. There were 3 normal sized elevators. Many people said they had to wait for elevators, but I thought it was fine (maybe because we either left before or after the rush). It's always busier during breakfast hours and check-out hours, but it was never cramped.Security is great. You can only enter the hotel if you have a room key so that was nice. And there's almost always staff around to keep watch. Staff were very very nice and helpful!! They sometimes gave us pointers and were open to talking to you as you hang out in the lobby.
Disliked: for one of the rooms we got, the thermostat wasn't working so we couldn't turn on the AC. It was really hot and stuffy in there. This was in spring and the roomfelt warmer than outside temperature. But the staff were really nice about it!! They took the time to try to fix the thermostat but ultimately upgraded rooms for us!

Liked: Perfect location and great soundproofing! Our room was incredibly quiet despite being in a busy area. The window was sealed, but the air conditioning was excellent, so it wasn't an issue
Disliked: While the main bed was great, the additional rollaway bed was not very comfortable and needs an upgrade.
