Disliked: Small or may be tiny room which make it difficult to move in the room .. also the bathroom is very small too

Liked: Location, rooms facilties and cleanliness, lovely breakfast and staff very friendly and helpful. Always my place to stay in London
Disliked: Nothing

Good location, helpful staff, comfortable...

Liked: We had a beautiful view of one part of the London skyline from our 9th floor wheelchair accessible room. We did not partake of the breakfast (we walked a half of a block to a great little coffee shop). The room was very quiet and had a refrigerator, a cook top, plates, pots, pans, flatware, glasses etc. we really only used the refrigerator.
Disliked: The elevator kept getting stuck on the 9th floor, but it was just a minor annoyance. They also should swap out the bathroom towels every day. We were there 3 nights and they never did. Again, not a big deal.

Great stay, great position of...

Liked: Great location, lovely staff, big rooms, appreciated the cafes and supermarkets right next to it, quiet air con. Will definitely come again!

Great customer service and location

Liked: Very helpful and friendly staff. We stayed here for two nights after leaving our Airbnb as we had to delay a flight due to my one year old being very unwell. We were able to get into our room early and the staff member on arrival was so lovely that I wanted to cry after we had been through a very rough few days.
Disliked: The bar and service there could be improved, we waited 20-30 minutes for two cocktails when there was no one else there! She forgot what we wanted and had to come back and check
