Liked: I liked the hotel was very nice and peaceful very close to the city centre was very ideal. Would stay here again.
Disliked: I didn’t like that I rang reception and asked for fresh towels before I left early in the morning. They said yes they would do it straight away but when I had returned to the hotel and entered my room,I had asked my partner have the towels been brought up she replied no they haven’t so I then had to ring reception for the second time to ask about the towels. Also the tv you were able to connect your phone but everytime I asked about it there was always an excuse. Wouldn’t let me watch a movie, series or even listen to music. Overall was a beautiful hotel and perfect location. I just thing the staff could be more more hands on. I will stay here again but next time I’d like a better room with a tv that works.
