Liked: Beautiful hotel , bedroom was fantastic. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Lovely meal in the restaurant. Very relaxing bar .
Disliked: I’m not a cat lover so was a bit uneasy when she appeared in the bar.

Liked: I loved the old world feel , it was such a beautiful old house beautifully decorated.Such a beautiful place and lovely food for a relaxing weekend .

Liked: We loved every moment of our stay at Marlfied. The food, the staff and the room were beyond fabulous. Dawn was so wonderful and gave us the most unforgettable stay. We cannot thank all the team enough for their kindness.

Great hotel and worth every...

Liked: My parents had a really nice time, it was an exceptional experience from the point they stepped in the door until they left. Staff were really friendly and were focused on making sure their guests are happy and comfortable, breakfast was delicious. The hotel also upgraded my parents room which was really nice.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: The food was beautiful. The staff were kind, helpful and welcoming. The rooms were beautifully decorated and really comfortable. The woodland walks and gardens around the hotel were peaceful and tranquil and added to the setting and our time at the hotel. Thank you.
Disliked: Nothing. We had a fantastic stay!

House beatiful duck restaurant a...

Liked: Breakfast was good though served up very quickly , had the yogurt / fruit compote and was way too sweet
Disliked: I think having to eat in the duck was a major dissapontment , the food is overpriced for bistro style food and not great . The service was just ok a lot of inexperienced staff and the atmosphere does not at all match the house and is not blue book standard at all. I would not book again unless it was possible to eat dinner in the house
