Liked: Room was very small, dark could not stay in that property the 4 days l was booked for, mattress felt springs when sat on, no wardrobe just open space with couple of hangers, had to move out as soon as as l this was not the hotel as l saw when l booked

Great base for IOW fest,...

Liked: Great base for IOW fest, staff were excellent, breakfast wonderful
Disliked: The shower was either freezing cold or boiling hot, no temperature control and the water pressure non existent.

Disliked: Put wardrobes in the bedrooms Hanging clothes on clothe hangers onto hooks is not what I would expect

Disliked: Hotel could do with some maintenance and updating, e.g. the ensuite bathroom we had.

Disliked: The room was a bit out dated the wall paper made my eyes funny looking at it.

Liked: Manger and staff were polite and cooperative. Close to the beach but not with direct views of the sea.
Disliked: Hotel was not very baby friendly as claimed, our room quite small and shower cubicle too small and claustrophobic. An average sized person can not even bend whilst taking shower. The rooms we were given had depressing outside views (back of adjacent properties)
