A charming hotel in the...

Liked: A charming hotel with exceptional staff in the centrally located and yet peacefully quiet. The entire experience was wonderful. The cutest room, clean, and super comfortable bed, and friendly staff. I loved the fresh drinking water station on each floor. There are so many nice and thoughtful touches that creates this happy place.I highly recommend this hotel and its staff.

Great location. Nice rooms and...

Liked: I really liked the location. My room was also great.
Disliked: My father's room has a weird slope in the floor, which nobody told us about in advance. I also would appreciate some other areas to hang out other than the room itself. The reception area and the 'library' were not very inviting to hang out. I also did not like the breakfast area - mostly high chairs that are not great for older people (my father was 80).
