Disliked: The Website had said the car parking at the hotel is free but Car parking was NOT FREE I had to Pay £8 for the night for what i was not happy.

Don’t stay there if you...

Liked: The staff were very polite and friendly.
Disliked: We were told we had to pay £40!!! for our dog to stay. I think humans are cleaner and tidier than dogs. Outrageous. We have been touring around Britain for 6 weeks, this has been the most expensive. Then we were told we had to pay £8!!! to park our car in the hotel’s car park. Outrageous.

A great hotel but would...

Liked: The beds were super comfy and the staff were very helpful
Disliked: The air conditioning unit in our bedroom didn’t work and so despite being set at 16 degrees it wasn’t cold. It was a super hot weekend as well so a cool bedroom would have been ideal. The unit could only be switched on and off and none of the other buttons worked.

Liked: The look, the bar, the staff. Sorry Didn’t get her name but the lady that served us yesterday at dinner in the restaurant was lovely, if this gets back to her this is from the couple that she laughed my fiancée took a picture of our dinner before I could eat, and she recommended the Indian dishes and they were lovely!
Disliked: The pool could do with being a little updated

Great value for £66 paid.

Liked: Pool, sauna and steam rooms were a great inclusion to the room price. Staff both in hotel and pool very friendly, welcoming and helpful.
Disliked: We didn't eat in the hotel as menus weren't readily available online to check for vegan friendly offerings so ended up eating in local restaurants. No welcome pack information in rooms. Mini fridge was overheating in unventilated cupboard on arrival. Left door open to cool it down but had to be careful not to bang into it on way out of bed early morning.
