A very pleasing stay.

Liked: The food and decoration was really pleasant. The seminar room was perfect.The desk staff and cleaning staff were helpful.
Disliked: The parking payment was expensive and complicated.

Fine, not good value for...

Liked: Good bed and pillows. Good size tv.
Disliked: Cost for parking not included. No towel hooks in the bathroom for bath towels. No bedside table in the middle of the two beds. Fridge was warm. Floor transition from vinyl to carpet in the room was a trip hazard. Could see roof leak stains on the walls. Not enough lighting circuit options, low lighting only would have been useful. Workmen talking and wallpapering outside in the corridor early in the morning was noisy.

Disliked: The only criticism is the charge for parking of £8 a day.Totally unecessary.Unreasonable.There is no other choice but to park at the hotel.
