Nice hotel, poor parking situation....

Liked: Modern rooms, nice design
Disliked: £16 for 24 hours parking. I wouldn’t stay at any hotel that you have to pay for parking so was very disappointed to find out I had to pay this.

Liked: Location for visiting family. Leisure facilities with pool. Double bedroom was very comfortable and had been recently been refurbished. Liked having a fridge in the room. Breakfast had a good selection.Friendly and helpful staff
Disliked: The front of the hotel hadn't been cleaned, overflowing bins and cigarette butts.No where to sit outside on a sunny eveningWe weren't advised that we had to request housekeeping for making up the room, no mention in our roomto do so.

Liked: The property had just had a revamp
Disliked: Walking in to my room there was a really bad order and that was obvious to the person who had cleaned it as the window was left open probably to air the room ! I was offered another room but it was an interconnecting one that I didn’t want as I’d unpacked my clothes. And then at 08.50 I was woke by a very load drilling nose that kept stop starting I then thought what’s the point so got up and showered and went to reception and reported it. I understand work needs to be done but after check out would be more appropriate, I’m waiting on a email regarding this. There also wasn’t enough staff to accommodate the wedding it was so bad that it over ran by 2 hours and adults were being served there food b4 the little children… there also wasn’t enough bar staff only 1 or 2 people serving.

Disliked: When you book a hotel you dont expect to have to pay for parking on TOP !!!!

Exceptional

Liked: A fairly ordinary looking exterior hides a fabulously upgraded high spec interior. Bedroom and bathroom both of very high quality design and interior decor. Very good pool too!
