Liked: Stay here almost every year. Skipped last year because we had bad experience prior, figured we would try again and we were pleased! Staff very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Just could have pots and pans and maybe cleaner sofa

Liked: The location was the only good thing about this place!!
Disliked: This place is very run down. They only had one elevator that took forever to get to you. The housekeeping leaves a lot to be desired. They only showed up at my room once during our stay. They would have just walked right in except we had the security guard on the soor. The beds are rock hard. Plus there was a definite language barrier. It was definitely not worth the money they charged. I would not refer anyone to this place and I will not stay there again!!!!

Liked: They were able to accommodate an upper level room.
Disliked: One very slow elevator. One of the beds had a very large stain at the head of the bed, eww. Nothing available in the kitchen as far as utensils etc

Liked: The kindness of the housekeeping staff, always willing and attentive to guests
Disliked: The elevator takes a long time and at checkout time it is a big problem for all guests

Liked: the rooms had a seperate living room with kitchen, nice views. the only bad thing i would say is the elavator there is only one and you wait a while but other then that the staff is very nice, rooms are clean.
