Liked: The hotel is in a good location - everything is within walking distance. Convenient parking under the hotel. Delicious and wide selection of breakfasts, although the hotel is large and there are many people, there was nothing missing at breakfast. The swimming pool is a great way to start the day.

Friendly hotel at a central...

Liked: The very central location and the pool were great. The room and the breakfast met my expectations. I like that the hotel is honest towards the guests: the price you see on Booking includes all the taxes and charges. This is not always the case in Berlin, unfortunately.
Disliked: Most of the staff spoke good English, but unfortunately not all. The (dedicated) lift to the pool had issues. When returning to the room, it stopped on the second floor and would not go further. This happened on both days.

Liked: Location was awesome, close to walking tours grocery stores, transportation and restaurants. The pool was nice.
Disliked: Air-conditioning filters made our seasonal allergies really bad. The filters smelled like they needed changing, so we left the windows opened.My wife and I like a queen mattress, but European style is pushing two single beds together.
