Disliked: Misunderstanding with cleaning lady about tidying room. I had told her we did not need towels swapped out and she interpreted this as we did not need our room tidied up. I think a courtesy bottle of water should be replenished daily. If I booked the room each night individually I would have been received a new bottle. This should also be part of room refresh. I did not like that an entire group had taken over most of the lounge area and were having a pizza party. Surely this can be done at a pizza restaurant. No one from the staff deterred them from turning this area into a dining room rich in pizza aroma and noisy at that. I did not like when we were very late arriving on the first night and tired from our journey and the front desk reception serving us was inexperienced and taking a while to sort us out. The breakfast buffet. It felt old and dated. It felt very functional and more focused on the hotel’s perspective - how to serve breakfast to the masses.It took a long time to get coffee. I missed more sophisticated coffee options like cappuccino. Too many meat options and not enough healthier options

Liked: Location is very convenient. The pool is an added benefit. Piano Bar was cool.
Disliked: Pool water temperature was 28 deg c. Which was pretty cold.

Liked: Good location near the river. Breakfast very good. Comfortable beds.
Disliked: The blanket was dirty. The water in the swimming pool was too cold.
