Good breakfast but terrible staff.

Liked: The breakfast was good.
Disliked: The staff members forced charges of pre-paid breakfast on us during our check-in. To make it worse, on the very next day, another staff member forced a room change on us without any option to go back to our original room, or for a different room. The whole experience was so terrible, we actually took the time and filed an official complaint against those staff members, by an email to their management, but until this day, we haven't received any official apology, or even just a reply from the hotel.

Liked: Location is very good. Close to historical center
Disliked: Be prepared to pay for everything extra: room with nicer view, bathing coat, sauna etc. Staff is quite slow and demotivated, except nice young guy at the reception. No water filled in wellness, breakfast too late, buffet dinner is really not recommendable… but they will be very fast to charge your credit card for extra fees even without informing you.
