Very nice hotel for a...

Liked: It was very nice and very clean
Disliked: The spa should be fully functional

Easy straight forward but not...

Liked: The location to and from Monterey and Carmel was good, Starbucks and good food near by, the bed was firm.
Disliked: The pillows suck, the front door did not close unless we gave it a good push and the bathroom could use a make over or update on the caulking.

Liked: Nothing / terrible place
Disliked: Super overpriced for cheap broken-down room. Broken /torn chair and broken table in the room. Large noticeable stain across top bed sheet as soon as you walk into the room. Heavy wall decoration barely hanging on by one anchor on the wall. Bathroom mirror light did not work. TV remote did not work, had to hit it several times just to get it to work. Ac/heater in the room was terrible, worked only half the night and the other half it didn't, remote didn't work either. Booked a double queen bed and when we arrived were told they were sold out (even though the hotel parking lot was nearly empty) and put us in this horrible single queen bedroom. Checked out super early just to leave. Beyond disappointing.

Disliked: No air flow, next to freeway. Noise. Bad signal.

Superb

Liked: Lots of room, ac worked, well, elevator was nice, pet area was good.
Disliked: The stairs weren't clean and some of the flooring was chipped. No freezer. The fan over the king bed was really noisy the first night.

Disliked: It was a bit outdated, there were stains on the floor and carpets, old tv
