Liked: Hotel decor all throughout the room, restaurant lobby etc was bright, clean and inviting and new..Breakfast was lovely and the staff from Manila, Philipeans, that morning were as always lovely, friendly and actually understand how to make people feel welcome. Harper our waiter that night revived my spirits after the worst experience with reception staff that I've ever had in 35 years of hotels all over the world. The reception staff were so frosty and arrogant and I was offered no info about food that night or where to get breakfast that morning. 300 dollars for one of the worst experiences of my life. On a positive note I am now completely cured of wanting to stay out a night in a hotel so should save a lot of
Disliked: On arrival I was told that I needed a physical ID even though I had every ID I've ever had on my phone including by birth certificate, all kids passports. I'm a mum with 3 kids, I don't bring a wallet with me these days. Everything is on my phone because it's convenient. 3 staff later and a lot of stress for me and my 3 kids, we were allowed to sleep in a bed with terrible pillows (bring your own) and pay 179 dollars for fried chicken and chips. I felt it would have been easier for me to get out of Soviet Russia than get in there. I should have said OK and gone home but I didn't want to disappoint the kids. It was an hour process at least, right on dinner time and the kids were complaining about being hungry. If I was going back to the other side of Adelaide for ID I wasn't coming back.

Disliked: Bad coffee in the rooms AND downstairs Hair in my meal. Face washer was dirty i was mortified when i went to use it in the shower.
