Highly recommend! Nice breakfast, food,...

Liked: Nice location- close to Powell station, cable car. Really good breakfast! Happy hour with free vine, beer, live piano on the rooftop bar - perfect!!!Hot hot shower, good hair dryer, bath robes!!! Thank you for letting us check in earlier! And the baggage room where we could left our luggage after check out helped a lot!

Exceptional in every way!

Liked: What a gem this hotel is! We loved every aspect of our stay there. Our room was spacious, comfortable and peaceful. Just what we needed after a long flight. All the staff are very charming and welcoming and we loved all the memorabilia on display it was so interesting. On top of all this there is a two hour happy hour in the bar and restaurant with wonderful city views. Geoff the bar tender does the most amazing cocktails! Thank you to all the team for making our stay so pleasant we highly recommend the hotel.

Central Location, Limited Comfort

Liked: Central location, very convenient for reaching various points of interest.Varied breakfast.
Disliked: Few power outlets, and far from where they are needed.Dirty bathtub, very uncomfortable as it has no handheld showerhead but is directly fixed to the wall.Toilet flush hidden and not very functional.Strong smell due to the presence of carpet.

Central Location, but Room Needs...

Liked: Central location, very convenient for reaching several points of interest. Breakfast is varied.
Disliked: Few power outlets, inconveniently located. Very uncomfortable bathtub as there is no handheld shower, only a fixed wall-mounted one. Room is very humid, with the air conditioner blowing directly onto the bed, circulating only cold air since heat dissipates quickly. Strong odor due to carpet. Dirty windows. No hand sanitizer in the corridor; if it’s out, it should be removed or refilled. Breakfast room is very cold, and unfortunately some staff were not very friendly when this was mentioned.
