Superb

Liked: Great location to everything we needed to do
Disliked: Just some advise, don't walk from the piers to the hotel up mason street, the hills wow, head back to pier 1 and go up market street then sutter street, its a bit longer but better and a lot flatter

Liked: Excellent hotel. Close to everything, Union Square is just 6 minutes' walk from here. The staff is nice. Hotel offers a lot of amenities that are free, and I loved it. Laundry, gym, pool, water to drink, breakfast.. all of it free of cost. The room had everything we slept very comfortably
Disliked: Nothing. It was exceptionally good value.

Would Definitely Stay Again

Liked: Bedroom and bathroom were a good size and very clean. Large comfortable bed. Coffee/tea making provided. Over-bath shower was more than adequate. Swimming pool was good for laps and there’s well fitted out gym. Good breakfast choices and happy hour drinks. Felt extremely safe in the hotel and surrounding district. Hotel is in a great location with a number of restaurants nearby and easy walking to Union Square, Chinatown and beyond. Staff are pleasant and very helpful. Would definitely stay again.
Disliked: Could not fault anything!

Unique hotel

Liked: Unique hotel experience, huge amount of memorabilia throughout the hotel , lovely to look at and learn.Room very comfortable, fabulous view from the 8th floor and the breakfast room was on the 12th so an even better view. Easy to walk to Pier 39 and downtown, safe also.
Disliked: Bathroom was a little small but does have a walk in closet

wonderful, historic hotel with friendly...

Liked: I like the historic architecture. The room had a nice view and was very clean. I enjoyed the breakfast and happy hour on the 12th floor that came with the room. staff was very friendly. And the hotel was centrally located to the areas of the city I explored.
Disliked: Can’t think of anything I didn’t like so far.
