Liked: Our stay at this hotel was an absolute delight. Everything here is thoughtfully designed with the guest’s comfort and enjoyment in mind — from the amazing breakfast and stunning views from the restaurant, to the complimentary afternoon cocktails, heated swimming pool, well-equipped gym, filtered water and ice on every floor, free laundry facilities, and more. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful throughout our stay. We would especially like to thank the front desk gentleman who, on April 20th at 10:20 AM, generously ordered a Waymo for us at his own expense — a gesture we’ll never forget. Highly recommended!

Liked: Everything a home away from home so beautiful to stay here would not go anywhere else in the area so close to everything for all our travel needs with perfect services.

Liked: Location was very good. Only a few minutes walk to Union Square. Staff are friendly
Disliked: They tripled their prices due to a cyber security convention that was on at the same time we were there.
