Liked: The location was great.
Disliked: The room was very small and you can easily hear your neighbours.

Very bad stay.

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Very rude staff. They would not hesitate to shut door on your face, even if you are two minutes late for the breakfast. The walls were very damp. AC was non functional. They gave portable heater.

A pleasant comfortable hotel but...

Liked: Breakfast was lovely. Staff all very friendly.
Disliked: I felt the bathroom was very worn and in need of updating.

Pleasant stay within short walking...

Liked: Fantastic location, short walk to the museums, Botanical Gardens, Hyde Park, harbour…. Clean and comfortable room, with access to a nice lounge room with a pool table.
Disliked: Everything was fine.

everything here is effortless

Liked: everything about this hotel is effortless: from parking underneath and check in (thanks richard🙂) to quiet sleeping, the buffet breakfast to checking out. it’s not high end but priced well and has an interesting history.
Disliked: the room furniture and set up is a little clunky. we just moved a few things to make it easier to move through the space.
